The Three Planes

Before we delve into these laws, we must first understand the triune nature of reality. Within reality, there are planes beyond what our eyes can see and what we’re taught to believe. This is corroborated by science. The eyes can only perceive visible light on the electromagnetic spectrum; this means they see only what constitutes 0.00035% of reality.

Meaning that the physical alone barely tells you the full picture. The three planes are:

  • Spiritual Plane

  • Mental Plane

  • Physical Plane

The Spiritual Plane is where your soul resides; it’s essentially your connection to God.

The Mental Plane is where your subconscious mind resides. This is essentially the precursor to the reality you experience; whatever is within your subconscious is expressed externally onto the physical plane.

The Physical Plane is the plane which interacts with our physical vessel; it’s what we can see, hear, touch, taste, smell, etc. However, it is an illusion. Not in the idea that it’s fake, but rather it's not what it seems. You’ll find out how later in this article.

Now, regarding the three planes. They aren’t 3 different realities. They are all consciousness, just at different degrees of vibration. Meaning that they all the same thing and interconnected. What do I mean by it all being consciousness and different degrees of vibration? We’ll get to that soon.

The Law of Mentalism

The Law of Mentalism encompasses the truth that everything around you is mental. Down from the chair you're sitting on right now to the invisible air you breathe.

Everything you see around you right now first came from the mind before it had a physical equivalent. From the breakfast you eat every morning to the bed you sleep on every night. It all started as a thought. The chair you’re sitting on was originally just an idea in its inventor’s mind. The iPhone or Mac you're using to read this article was first a piece of imagery within someone’s mind.

This is easier to conceptualise by utilising one’s belief in God, Allah, The ALL, or whatever label you wish to use for the most high. God is the highest intelligence, the infinite intelligence. We and everything we see or can conceptualise is of God’s mental creation, from the multiple worlds, planets and stars in the vast universe to the little tiny microscopic bugs that live on our skin.

Therefore, if everything is of God’s mental creation, everything is consciousness, meaning that our reality can be moulded by consciousness.

The Law of Correspondence

“As within, so without, as without, so within” - “As above, so below, as below, so above”

The Kybalion

This Law encompasses the truth that everything has its corresponding counterpart on every level with a fundamental connection, on every plane, down from the Spiritual to the Material and that the outer world is a reflection of the inner world.

“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”

The Bible ~ Genesis 1:27

This quote alludes to mankind’s connection with God and to the metaphysical, esoteric truth (only the 1% know) that man creates Mental Imagery in the same way God creates the universe and all the worlds within it. The only difference being that one is finite while the other is infinite. (Don’t get it twisted, you are NOT God) (But you are of God)

  • Metaphysical - Meta means beyond, and physics alludes to the physical. Metaphysics = Beyond the physical

  • Esoteric - “intended for or likely to be understood by only a small number of people with a specialised knowledge or interest.”

The Law of Vibration

This is the law that extrapolates the truth that everything moves. Nothing is still. This is corroborated by science; a mentor of mine always used to say that science is simply playing a game of catch-up with metaphysics.

When a car is moving fast enough, it almost looks as if the wheels are completely still. To the point where you wouldn’t be able to properly time putting your finger in and out of the gap without it being seriously damaged.

The table you eat your breakfast on may seem completely still. But it is also moving, just at speeds way too fast for the human eye to perceive.

Even the Three Planes are all just reality at different degrees of vibration. The Spiritual being the highest degree and the Physical being the lowest. This Law is evident on every plane. Spiritual, Mental and Physical. Therefore, one’s state of consciousness also has a corresponding frequency or level of vibration.

The mental and the spiritual are the two planes which can’t be seen by the naked eye; they are also the planes of a higher degree of vibration. Meaning that once something’s vibration reaches a certain point, it becomes impossible to physically see.

There’s also a synchronicity here if you apply the law of correspondence. The same way steam, once it condenses into water before freezing into ice, is invisible, is the same way how the spiritual and mental plane expresses itself in reality. It’s a slowing down a solidisation of frequency. Meaning that reality is nothing but frozen frequency and frozen imagination. And what is frequency? Simply just vibration given momentum. Are you seeing the “correspondence” here?

The Law of Polarity

This is the truth that everything has its opposite pole. Everything has two sides. Everything has its yin and yang or hot and cold. The only difference is the degree, not the thing itself. It’s still the same thing, just at a different degree.

  • Spirit - Physical

  • Prosperity - Adversity

  • Wealth - Poverty

  • Love - Hate

  • Security - Insecurity

  • Joy - Sadness

  • Self Doubt - Self Confidence

  • Strength - Weakness

  • Sharp - Dull

  • Loud - Quiet

This Law can even be extrapolated to the planes. The Spiritual Plane, Mental Plane and Physical Plane are all the same thing, just at different levels of degree. Spiritual being is the highest, Physical being is the lowest.

The Law of Rhythm

This is the truth that everything moves from left to right and right to left. Everything has its swing highs and swing lows (no traders, I’m not talking about the charts). Everything has its tides.

  • No one feels confident forever,

  • No one feels angry forever,

  • No one feels calm forever,

  • No one feels happy forever,

  • No one feels sad forever.

  • No empire lasts forever.

This Law helps one understand that their state will always fluctuate; the key is to keep it at the desired degree as much as possible. How? We’ll get into that very soon.

The Law of Cause and Effect (my favourite)

Now we’re getting into the nitty-gritty stuff, the good stuff. The edging stops here, lol

Remember when I quoted “As within, so without”? Yeah, this explains it further.

The Law of Cause and Effect embodies the truth that whatever is within the internal world, your mind, which consists of your emotions, thoughts and beliefs. Reflects outward into the external world, shaping your perception and filtering out what isn’t in accordance with your beliefs, so your attention is placed only on that which is. This is corroborated by studies in neuroscience and the reticular activating system. Here we go again - science playing a game of catch-up with metaphysics.

The internal is the Mental Plane, and the external is the Physical Plane. As I said earlier in the article, the physical plane is an illusion, seeming to be the cause, whereas it’s actually the effect. This may be a bit dark to hear, depending on the kind of life you’ve lived, but everything is actually YOUR fault (sorry, not sorry). This is something you have to internalise to actually gain control over yourself, which, in turn, allows you to gain control over your reality. You must accept the responsibility.

It gets a bit funny when you think about it this way. The only reason we want external things is to feel a certain way internally.

That CLA you want to finance, or the Lamborghini Urus you want to buy outright, would make you feel joyful, confident, and proud.

Those shoes bring you comfort.

That cookies-and-cream-flavoured matcha brings you satisfaction. (Yeah, I’m a matcha n*gga now)

The compliments from that girl or boy you like made you feel validated.

Your monthly paycheck makes you feel secure.

You want nothing other than the state of consciousness. You don’t care for the material object; you care for what emotions it can bring you.

The Law of Cause and Effect allows us to see our lives and realities for what they really are, and gives us insight into how to fundamentally change them. It is simply the act of reverse-engineering the process.

“Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”

The Bible ~ Mark 11:24

This bible quote alludes to the metaphysical truth that being in that internal state of having what you desire without having to see it on the external for proof. Allows it to self-perpetuate itself in your physical world. This is the process of MANIFESTATION. A lot of the I guess new age spirituality bullshit online will tell you it’s “The Law of Attraction” and that it’s wanting something as much as possible or the idea of pretence. You're not pretending, you're BEING. Similarly to how the actor or actress sometimes accidentally falls into genuinely believing they are the character, discarding their old identity. But you're doing it intentionally, and with conviction.

Conviction - probably the most important word within the game of reality selection. Without it, none of this stuff works.

The Law of Gender

Finally, the final law. This law is really more of an observation, and I guess enlightenment of sorts. This law is the truth that Gender is within everything. Now don’t misunderstand here, I’m not talking in terms of male and female but rather masculine and feminine. Remember what I said before, everything has its two sides and its opposite pole. Masculine and feminine are simply two different degrees of the same thing.

Masculine is the observer, being the forefront and source of the energy, while the feminine is of the creating and creation, the generator. (Can you see how this can be extrapolated to humans on the physical plane? You know - being made in God’s own image and all that)

Have you ever realised? Within our minds, we can observe our thoughts and emotions. This observer, which is us, always seems to be independent of our thoughts and emotions. It’s why you can tell yourself you don’t care about something while it’s provoking a strong negative or positive emotion within you. This corresponds to The Father (Masculine). The creation of our thoughts and emotions corresponds to Mother Nature (Feminine). You know, when they say we all have a bit of the masculine and the feminine inside us? Pause. People usually refer to tendencies and emotions, but when I say it, I’m talking about the correspondence, signifying our connection to God.

Putting it All Into One Little Ball of Action.

Using the Law of Cause and Effect, we must place ourselves into an internal state where we HAVE ALREADY achieved whatever it is we desire.

We do so through a technique that exploits the subconscious mind's inability to distinguish between reality and imagination. This is why when you daydream about achieving something, you begin to feel positive emotions to a certain degree.

If you don’t believe me, try this exercise. Visualise someone you love to a great level, someone who’s cared for you, or always treated you nicely, that you appreciate.

Do it for about 2-3 minutes.

Now imagine that person’s grave. Doesn’t feel the greatest, does it?

Now, let’s get to the practical.

Visualisation

Visualise in the Theta Brain Wave state, a state of deep relaxation where you're in an extremely meditative state. This is when you may feel tired or drowsy, or when your body feels a bit heavy because of how relaxed you are. You can do this by

  1. Visualising off the rip when you wake up or before you fall asleep

  2. Simply allowing yourself to deeply relax until you feel as if you’ve reached this state, and visualising from that point on.

Don’t be befuddled: visualisation is not the act of pretending you're seeing something; it is the act of genuinely believing, with conviction, that what you are seeing is actually happening. Given your understanding that the external world is an illusion, endlessly replaying what is within your internal, you should understand that your internal takes priority over the external.

You can do this by utilising your PHYSICAL SENSES: Sight, Hearing, Smell, Taste, Touch, etc.

For example, envision yourself reaching $10,000 per month internally. Let the scene be you looking at your budgeting app and seeing $10,000 inbound, or you showing a friend or family member that you’ve achieved $10,000 in one month and their reaction, maybe fist-bumping you or giving you a hug, etc.

Make sure you utilise the easiest physical sense for you to replicate in order to make the internal experience as vivid as possible.

An important disclaimer. DO NOT completely ignore your physical reality after you’re done, as that would be incredibly idiotic; it’s an illusion, meaning that it’s not as it seems, not that it doesn’t exist. The world which we live in is just a Mental Creation to God; to us, it’s very fucking real.

After you visualise, as you go about your day doing what you need to do, focus your attention on that which already aligns with your desired reality and experience that which is within your CURRENT reality.

Whether or not you believe it exists, it does. Why it may seem like it doesn’t is because when one is attuned to one polarity (e.g., poverty), the polarity itself will make it seem as if the other doesn’t exist, so that you stay within that state, because it feeds off of the concentration and energy you give it, which in turn keeps you in the same reality.

Now, as I said before. Due to the Law of Rhythm, reality will never always be great; there will always be adversity. I want to make this clear. If you are learning this information for some form of reality escapism, you’ve come to the wrong place. Now, when this adversity occurs? What do we do? It’s simple.

Do not react to anything that doesn’t co-exist with your desired life. Respond to it. Deal with the “problem,” but do so first internally by not allowing the adverse event to short-circuit your higher levels of awareness. How?

First, understand that you cannot deal with a problem with the same level of consciousness that created it. You have to become someone anew.

Focus on the event. Whether it’s a low bank account, an argument with a loved one or a potential client deciding not to purchase your service. Sit or lie down and allow yourself to fully feel the “negative” emotion. Whether it’s shame, guilt, anxiety, sadness, etc.

Understand that emotion itself is just energy in motion (hence why it’s called E-motion) and label it as such. Meaning that it isn’t inherently negative in itself. It’s just a sign you aren’t currently experiencing the reality you desire (if it’s negative). Notice where you feel the emotion; is it in your chest? Your throat? Your stomach? Find it and feel it. Collapse all resistance.

Why must you do this? Because you cannot go from a state of negativity to positivity without first reaching neutrality. Now, after you're done and the emotion has fully dissipated, ask yourself these questions:

How would my future self, living that desired experience, view this?

What would they think about this?

How would they feel about this?

Ponder upon such thoughts, and begin to adopt that identity. As a result, you’ll begin to find the hidden seed of prosperity within adversity, and your intuition will guide you to take the right action, turning it into an opportunity. Within any form of adversity is a hidden seed of prosperity. The darkest of darknesses is just the lowest level of light. And as I said before, your perception is key because it is literally your worldview; therefore, it’s your reality. A mentor of mine likes to say this one bar: “We all live on one planet, but within that ONE planet there are 8 billion different worlds".
